Mommy & Me Stroller Bootcamp Class
(1 Hour)

Leave the mommy guilt at home, because you can bring your little one to this outdoor stroller bootcamp class. This 1-hour class combines cardio and strength training while your little one watches in the stroller. Whether you are 6 weeks post-partum or 6 years post-partum, this class offers modifications to meet your fitness needs. I can help entertain the little ones at a social distance with bubbles and books while you exercise. Meet a community of mothers, get fit, and have fun!

Meet in Greeley Park near the tennis courts. Bring a yoga mat or beach towel, tube band, mini band, water, and little one. Don’t have a tube band or mini band? Tube bands and mini bands are available for purchase.

Please register at least one hour before class begins.

Zoom HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) Class
(30 minutes)

Join me for a live 30-minute Zoom class wherever you are! This class will alternate between high and lower intensity exercises with plenty of modifications to meet all levels of fitness. This HIIT class is designed to keep your heart rate up to give you a calorie burn during and post exercise.

You will need a chair close by for modifications and either a tube band or dumbbells for the strength portion of the class.
